Questions Importers Ask Us
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the commodity and packaging. As a guide, a full container load (FCL) is the standard unit for export. Tell us your target volume and we will confirm what is possible.
Which Incoterms and payment terms do you work with?
We quote FOB and CIF from Surabaya, and other Incoterms on request. Payment terms are agreed per order and are confirmed in the sales contract and proforma invoice.
What documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading as standard. Certificate of origin, technical data sheet (TDS) and other documents are available on request, depending on the commodity and destination.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Send us your target commodity, volume and destination port through the inquiry form and our team will explain the sampling process.
How do you control quality and traceability?
Every receipt, sorting step, production batch and shipment is recorded in our operating system, so a container can be traced back to its material intake. Buyers can track containers on our traceability page.
