01. Collection & Sorting
It starts at the source. We partner with collection networks, including ADUPI and IWP, ensuring a consistent inflow of post-consumer bottles, meticulously sorted for quality.
02. Industrial Hot Wash
Bottles undergo an intensive hot wash process, removing labels, residue, and contaminants to prepare the PET for its transformation.
03. Flaking & Crushing
The clean bottles are mechanically crushed into uniform rPET flakes. This is where the material begins its new life, ready for purification.
04. Final Purification
Flakes are purified again to meet stringent quality standards, reducing impurities (PPM) to levels suitable for a wide range of applications.
05. Quality Control & Packaging
Our lab verifies every batch. The final, high-purity rPET flakes are securely packed into jumbo bags, ready for reliable delivery to your production line.
